what it said on the packet. Offered a very good service, parking, which is important to me, comfy bed and wifi. A noisy party was going on and the booming of the base was not pleasant and it did stop at midnight. Some warning might have been helpful. We stayed for a short break of 3 nights and found the hotel well presented, staff helpful and rooms of a good standard. Very comfortable beds with high standards of cleaning and everything you needed in the room. The bathroom was a little dated but in general we had no negative comments at

The Hyatt Regency Perth is everything one could want in a downtown, modern hotel - beautiful lobby, lots of dining options, spacious, clean rooms, direct covered walkway down to the Perth waterfront.
